School of Information Technology was established in 2007 as a division of the University that concentrates in all the areas of IT specialists training. Enriching the best traditions of technical education, the School is constantly developing, upgrading laboratory facilities and tracking latest trends in IT-industry.

IT students have a unique opportunity to operate most advanced equipment in the laboratories: "Nanotechnology", "Stochastic Information Systems", "Laser and optical technologies".  The results of the training enable students to get grants for research projects, and, more importantly, to gain valuable experience. Students get not only deep knowledge in information technology and information management systems but also excellent engineering training. It enables them to solve applied problems in production – the qualification that is highly valued by employers.
